Arabian Nights

We spent three nights at a Bedouin desert camp in Wadi Rum -- three nights that let us shut everything off, gaze at the stars, sing along to Bedouin music, and enjoy glass after glass of our new favorite: Bedouin tea.

A hedgehog scurried into our camp one night and promptly rolled himself into a ball

On our last night in Wadi Rum we moved our beds and blankets outside the tent and slept under the stars.  We didn't close our eyes for a long time because we were so busy looking at the amazing stars over Wadi Rum -- and it paid off, we saw a shooting star, and of course made a wish!
